In this fun and confidence building workshop, I will help you discover how to open up your healing world and blow away any limiting beliefs about healing yourself and others.
If you have never done healing this workshop will be intriguing and exciting.
If you are a new or seasoned healer you will gain confidence, ideas and motivation.

Your Chakra Exploration Groups
An 8 week group focusing on connection to your chakra
Each week we will do an opening meditation. A discussion on the relevant chakra. A meditation into the chakra exploring and getting to know our own energetic’s and a conclusion discussion about our experiences.
8 spaces available for each workshop only.
Through this weekly group you will be able to discover more about yourself than you may have ever known before. It is an exploration of the infinite self. the only way forward in spiritual emotional and physical development is getting to know and accept yourself better. This 8 week group is designed to get you to yourself.
I do suggest participating in the Chakra in real life workshop before this as it will give you a lot of guidance into understanding your chakra.

Chakra in Real Life
A one-
for you in your real life
In this workshop, we will work together to understand how your chakra are working for you every day, how they keep you safe and how they can create harmony in your life for you. We will learn how they manifestation positive & negative and through this understanding learn to have less negative in our lives.
We will spend time learning about the chakra and then spend time learning about each of our own chakra energy by spending time in each chakra learning how the feel and work for us individually.
This workshop will give a much clearer understanding of your own energy, it will help release negativity and help you grow in your own energy. The workshop like most of my workshops is run in a circle environment so that the healing and growth potential is huge.
Finally, the workshop will be great fun!

We spend so much time working on our happiness, on our self love, and getting the respect we need. We desperately want everything to go well for us and just simply want happiness in our lives. We have been taught to manifest happiness we need to be positive and visualise happiness.
What if I told you that most of what you have read or watched about self love and self happiness is not teaching you the correct way of finding that love and happiness you so desire, what if, in one day, I could show you a way for you to immediately start to see that love you have and the happiness you need and how to go ahead and keep it going for ever.
All the other books and story's about self love are true, but they do not tell you how to go about it.

When we offer healing, therapy, readings, workshops to others we must create a warm friendly trustworthy environment for them to be in. With out this environment the client can not change because they will not feel safe.
Many practitioners believe this is created by a physical space that is warm friendly and comfy, how ever this is very much a small part of the process its up to the practitioner to create this atmosphere from with in. In this workshop we will explore these parts of ourselves so we can hold a perfect space to allow self healing and healing and change in others.
