Often the clients I see do not realise the obvious truth about their emotions and through gentle discussion and explanation many emotional issues can be understood. With understanding comes energetic change and release which in turn creates self acceptance.
Emotional difficulties can some times simply be hidden hurts that cannot be recalled but once energetically connected to can be released.
In extreme cases several session may be needed to create a positive energetic understanding about emotions and the energy that controls them.
